Salute the staff on duty during my patron, it was such a busy period with lots of people queuing to order + incoming online orders. The female staff at the counter still calmly servings the queue with a smile. I was queuing for approximately +/-20 min to get my turn for order and the staff at and behind the counter have been working non-stop.

Located just diagonally opposite main bus terminal. First floor is the counter. Entire second floor is seating area. WIFI provided. Power socket outlet for charging available at some seats.

The costumer service is great. The staffs are fantastic and helpful.. there was a pair of very rude customer when I was waiting for my order.. but I'm amazed with how professional, helpful and kind the staffs towards them. I means , even tho they were wearing mask, but I could still see their smiling eyes and explaining one by one, even stating the other place that might satisfied them with much patience, while I as a bystander have a frown on my forehead.. great job and kudos to the staffs.. you guys rock. !

Similar to other KFC restaurants. Can dine-in or take away. The staff will check ur Mysejahtera vaccination history. Can not dine in if u didn't take/ didn't complete the vaccination Only limited dine-in space is available on the 2nd floor (this is 2 stories building).
